Kaski. Former Assistant Minister Prakash Bahadur Gurung has passed away. Gurung, whose permanent home was Ghandruk in Kaski and who lived in Pokhara-11, was also a former central committee member of the Nepali Congress.
He became Assistant Minister in Asoj 2059 BS. He had been elected a member of parliament from Kaski Constituency No. 3 on a Nepali Congress ticket.
