Lamahi. A three-day programme on operating the biochar plants set up in Deukhuri, Dang, and on building technical capacity began in Lamahi on Thursday.
The programme is organised by Lamahi Municipality and Rapti Rural Municipality with support from UNDP Nepal and technical collaboration from Hydro India Engineering.
