Kathmandu. Gold and silver prices rose in the local market on Wednesday. Gold went up by Rs 2,800 per tola, while silver became Rs 30 costlier.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine (hallmark) gold is trading at Rs 293,300 per tola on Wednesday. Its price was Rs 290,500 on Tuesday.

Similarly, silver has risen by Rs 30 per tola to Rs 4,425. Silver traded at Rs 4,395 per tola on Tuesday.
