The product is made by Himshree Foods Pvt. Ltd., Pokhara. Under the relevant provisions of the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2081, the department has ordered the producer to withdraw that batch from the market immediately and not to sell or distribute it, or have it sold or distributed.
Some time ago, Rampam noodles were also found to be substandard. Rara noodles have now been found substandard a short while after Rampam.
